This service is provided by Finance & Planning for University staff. It brings together the key elements required to support colleagues as they utilise Agresso to undertake tasks such as Procurement, Management Reporting, Annual Course Statistics etc.

To access the Agresso Web Client you will need to provide:

• your username (your staff number eg s1234567)
• the client entry (L1)
• your Agresso password

Agresso Knowledge Centre

The Knowledge Centre contains all the user manuals and training guides as well as our responses to FAQs.

Staff Records Online

This service provides on-line access to the HR system, maintained by the Human Resources Department. The provision of on-line services are being developed in conjunction with Finance and Planning (MIS team).  This service currently enables you to view and/or change some of the personal information held on our integrated human resource and payroll information system, including personal details, home address and emergency contact.  This service is being developed and additional functionality will be available during the next 12 months.

Please note that divulging your Employee number (Username) and network password (Password) to another person contravenes University policy.  If you have divulged your password, you should change it immediately.

Student Records Online

This service is provided by Finance & Planning for University staff.  Using this service you can, depending on your authorities, look up student details, enter module marks, view or edit module and course descriptors etc.

Active Dashboard

This  is the Business Intelligence tool provided by Finance & Planning for University staff. Using this service you can view key reports with graphical illustrations.  Drill down functionality is available on some reports. This is currently in development and more reports will be made available over time using student, staff and financial information.
