If you do choose to block cookies from us, please be aware that some of the functions and interactive services on this site will not work. Interactive Services Some services on this web site, such as Order a Prospectus and General Enquiries, ask for contact details so that we can respond to your requests. This information is logged not only so that we can provide the service itself, but also so that we can investigate and correct any problems that might occur. The service logs are deleted each year, after we have produced the aggregated anonymous statistics required for our Annual Report. Web Server Usage Logs This web server logs each web request made to it. This information can include semi- and fully-identifiable personal details such as IP addresses and usernames (provided if a user has logged in to a secured area of the web site, for example). The usage log entries are made anonymous and aggregated to produce general usage reports, which are used to enable us to improve the site. The usage logs are deleted each year, after we have produced the general statistics required for our Annual Report. |
