Consultancy 

Have provided physiological support for junior GB rowers and elite masters cyclists

Research interests 

  • Lung function assessment;
  • Respiratory muscle function, weakness and training
  • Effect of loaded inspirations on airway smooth muscle mechanics

Sporting interests 

Club cyclist — have twice completed the full year 2000 Tour de France route in aid of Cancer Research UK.
