Background:

I have taught in secondary schools for 10 years in both Wiltshire and Gloucestershire and been both a Head of Physical Education and a Head of Year. I contribute mainly to the Sports Education field and am also subject coordinator for the PGCE course for Physical Education within  the University. I am involved in the county Gifted and Talented programme. I have coached numerous teams at both a school and club level and worked with the West U18 hockey teams (specifically in speed, agility and coordination work). I work very closely with county schools in the context of both the undergraduate and postgraduate programme through a variety of placements.
