Assessment Principles & Procedures

The table below indicates whether Principles and Procedures apply to each of the four areas of taught provision (i.e., Standard*, Franchised*, Validated*, Research*).  For Validated provision, where some Procedures may not apply, alternative approved procedures are in place.

* Note that the following definitions apply:
Standard — UoG courses delivered by the University on campus or at an alternative approved location
Franchised — UoG approved courses delivered, and possibly assessed, wholly or partly by a collaborative partner institution
Validated — Courses developed by a partner and validated by UoG for delivery and assessment at a partner institution
Research — Post-graduate research courses with taught elements
