Welcome to the Finance and Planning Department

Finance and Planning aim to provide a professional service, contributing to the University's vision, mission and values by adopting a positive and proactive approach. We strive to offer the best possible service to the University campuses and other departments in terms of guidance and support, and to external customers regarding information on a range of statutory and regulatory issues.

Information on the Department

The main offices of Finance and Planning are located at The Park. The Department also maintains a finance office at each Campus to provide a local service for staff and students.

The Finance and Planning Department provides a range of services to staff and students within the University and is a provider of information to a number of external statutory and regulatory bodies. The Department was created in 2005 and involved the integration of a number of separate functions. We aim to provide a common structure across administrative and financial functions, which can operate strategically and deliver value for money.
