Module Selection

• Student Records Online. You should also consult Module Additions and Deletions: Your Responsibilities
• Deletion of dissertation form
• Late/Full Module Request Form (95Kb Adobe PDF)  
• If you feel you have already covered the learning outcomes of a particular module, either by a previous qualification or experience gained in the workplace, you can apply for Accreditation of Prior Learning, but you should do this as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after enrolment.    

Changing Your Programme

• M50 form: Change of Student Course of Study/General Programme/Mode of Study - available from Student Helpzones.
• Combined Studies Proposal Form and Notes of Guidance (70Kb MS Word) : Combined Studies allows you to design a programme tailored to your personal needs and interests. 
• Top Up to Higher Qualification Application Form: For students who have completed one award (say an HNC, HND or BAO), and wish to apply to top-up to another award (say Degree or Hons Degree).
• Student Withdrawal/Deferral/Transfer Form - available from Student Helpzones.
