Award Ceremonies

Information for visa applications

If you and / or your guests require a visa in order to attend the award ceremonies, the University can write a specific letter for you which can accompany any application you wish to make.

You must make a formal request for this letter to the relevant support team (below) stating all of the required details about you / your guests (including your University of Gloucestershire student number).

If you require an invitation letter, please contact the team relevant to you below:

• If you are an international student who studied a course based at / through the University of Gloucestershire Schools in Cheltenham or Gloucester please contact the University's International Student Advisors:

* YOU MUST NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SEND YOUR CEREMONY TICKETS OFF
AS PART OF YOUR VISA APPLICATION *
- they are not a valid document for use in the application (and so will not help) and will not be returned to you in time for you to use at your ceremony. The letter produced by the University will be sufficient proof to help your application.
